Recruitment Center Manager


Job Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with Dehong Head of HR, support set up and planning for recruitment centre for Dehong
  • Foster strong relationships with the senior leadership to determine recruiting specifications and facilitate the development and execution of the recruitment strategy
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, support and advise the hiring managers on recruitment matters, demonstrating advanced recruitment knowledge and subject matter expertise in best practice recruitment strategies
  • Actively pursue all channels (professional networks, social media, etc.) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each role
  • In conjunction with Marketing and Communications, define the Dehong employer brand and employee value propositions for candidates across various staffing groups and profiles
  • Develop and maintain recruitment policy and standard procedures and ensure that these are embedded across the Division
  • Engage potential candidates, conduct pre-screening interviews with prospective talent to determine the fit for current and future opportunities
  • Proactively build a talent pool for future hiring needs
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead a team of recruitment specialists to ensure the highest level of customer experience, both internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Analyze and report on recruitment trends, analytics including candidate experience


  • A degree in a relevant discipline, with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
  • Leadership of a recruitment centre of excellence in a multi-national environment
  • Experience/knowledge of current recruitment channels and methods including social, mobile, digital
  • Appreciation of cultural diversity
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Good working knowledge of SAP success-factors system
  • Experience in education industry is a plus
