Mr Richard Henry

Mr Richard Henry serves as Chief Education Officer for Education in Motion (EIM), providing strategic educational leadership to Dehong Shanghai and other schools within the EIM Group network. With nearly forty years of experience, Mr Henry has worked on four continents, earning recognition for his expertise in school quality, leadership development, and international programs.
His career spans school leadership positions in Australia, Indonesia, and Singapore. He worked in the Netherlands and the USA, with the International Baccalaureate (IB), having the responsibility for quality assurance across more than 4,500 lB World Schools worldwide.
Mr Henry holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, a school accreditation team leader for the Council of International Schools (CIS) and remains dedicated to fostering educational excellence, principled leadership, and the development of high-performing international schools.
