Ms Wei Li

Ms. Wei Li holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University of Technology. She later completed accountant certification training, earned the professional accountant title, and in 2002 attended the Siemens Management Institute’s Leadership & Team Synergy programme, gaining a distinctive combination of engineering precision and managerial expertise.

With 39 years of experience spanning both corporate and educational sectors, 20 of which have been with the Dulwich and Dehong brands under the Education in Motion (EiM). Ms. Li has developed deep expertise in finance, human resources, operations and IT. Since joining EIM in 2004, Ms. Li has served in a range of leadership roles. From 2004 to 2008, she was Finance Manager at Dulwich College Beijing. Between 2008 and 2012, she served as DBA at EIM Windsor Kindergarten, overseeing four key departments. From 2012 to 2015, she continued in the same capacity at Dulwich College Suzhou. After a brief secondment to Windsor Kindergarten in 2016–2017 for project support and process optimization, she acted as interim DBA at Shanghai Dehong School in 2017. From 2018 to 2024, she was Director of Project Development & Support at Dehong Headquarters, evaluating new projects, controlling budgets and implementing inter-school standards. Since April 2024, she has been DBA at Xi’an Qujiang Dehong School, supervising Admissions & Marketing Communications, Finance, HR, Operations and IT, and providing steady financial oversight and meticulous operational support.
