Teresa Tong has 18 years of working experience in a world largest US-listed education technology group, from a teacher to city principal, she has extensive experience in school operation management.
She has also gone to Bijie, Guizhou to participate in the "Candlelight Action" rural teacher training public welfare activities, went to Gansu Zhouqu Shijiashan Hope Primary School for public welfare teaching, went to Shangri-La Dukezong Primary School for public welfare teaching, these public welfare undertakings made her deeply feel the mission and responsibility of educator. She has also been to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and other countries for study and training, she well versed in Chinese & Western culture and Chinese & Western education, with a global vision, cross-cultural understanding and tolerance.
She is passionate in education, always keeping an eye on team, talent and culture, and is highly curious about the world and knowledge. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and reading. She strongly agrees with Dehong's philosophy of Holistic Education and Student First.
